What we do, and exactly what’s included
Everything below is written so you know what to expect before we arrive. If something isn’t covered here, just ask.

Recurring cleaning
Weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. Recurring service begins with an Initial Detail Clean, then a General Clean throughout your home plus one Detail Room you choose each visit.
Initial Detail Clean
Your first visit is an Initial Detail Clean: General Cleaning plus thorough reachable trim, baseboards, doors, corners, furniture bases, fans, vents, window tracks and polishing in every included room. It lets our team learn your home and sets the starting point for ongoing care.
General Clean + one Detail Room
Every ongoing visit includes one Detail Room of your choice: the General Clean plus the thorough detail work in that room. Pick it in your account before each visit, or let us rotate through your home.

Every visit
What a General Clean includes
- Reachable dusting, fans and vents, blinds, mirrors and interior window glass
- Kitchen and bathroom surfaces, appliance exteriors and the microwave interior
- Ordinary door, trim and baseboard spots; safe wall spots
- Floors, trash, normal pet hair and bed making
Linens
Bed linen changes are included when requested and clean sheets are ready on each bed. Used linens go in the hamper; otherwise we make the bed with the existing bedding.
Detail Rooms
Every ongoing visit includes one Detail Room of your choice: the General Clean plus the thorough detail work in that room. Pick it in your account before each visit, or let us rotate through your home.
Want more than one detail room on a visit? Additional detail rooms are $30 each when time allows.
When you need a reset
One-time cleaning
A thorough standalone clean for a deeper reset, without recurring service.
A one-time clean covers everything in a General Clean with the time to do it thoroughly. It’s a good fit before guests arrive, after a move, or when you want to try us before committing to a plan. Add-ons like inside the fridge or oven can be included.
One-time cleans require a 50% deposit on the confirmed price, due 24 hours before your arrival window.
At your home or storage lot
RV interior cleaning
Interior cleaning for your RV at your home or storage location. Send a few photos and we will confirm a price.
Small
Camper van, truck camper or small travel trailer
Medium
Most travel trailers and Class C motorhomes
Large
Class A, fifth wheel or multi-bedroom
Choose the size that fits, send a handful of interior photos, and Kylie reviews them personally. We confirm the price with you before anything is scheduled, so there are no guesses on either side.

Add-ons
Additional detail rooms are $30 each when time allows. Optional interior cleaning and folding are confirmed before paid work.
Inside refrigerator (empty)
from $35Clean agreed empty interior surfaces; customer empties and refills, no defrosting or dismantling.
Inside oven (empty & cool)

Before we arrive
Leave the sink accessible; dishwashing is not included. Please remove and replace interior contents for add-ons. Ovens must be empty and cool; cabinets and drawers empty before arrival.
What we don’t do
Safe, accessible household cleaning only. No heavy moving, unsafe heights, dismantling, exterior cleaning, extraction, restoration, severe mineral removal, mold remediation, hazardous or bodily waste, pests, construction or hoarding cleanup.
What we’ll need from you
Please provide safe access, water, electricity and climate control; secure pets and valuables; and provide a safe working vacuum and mop unless otherwise agreed. We supply cleaning products and small tools.
Policies
Scheduling, deposits and cancellations
Simple rules, applied the same way for everyone. Timing is measured from the start of your arrival window.

Deposits
Your Initial Detail Clean, a one-time clean or an RV clean needs a 50% deposit on the confirmed price. It’s due 24 hours before your arrival window, or at confirmation if we’re booking sooner than that. Ongoing recurring visits don’t need a deposit; payment is due on the day of service by card, cash or check.
Only one fee ever applies, and we never charge for a cleaning that wasn’t performed. Changes we ask for carry no fee. Read the full policy summary.
