About
A cleaner home, made simple.
Sweet & Simple Cleaning is a locally owned residential cleaning business based in Bradenton, Florida. We're preparing to serve homes throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties with thoughtful cleaning, clear communication and personal attention.
Recurring service combines general cleaning throughout your included rooms with focused detail work in one chosen room each visit. An Initial Detail Clean gives our team time to get familiar with your home and establish a starting point for ongoing care. We also offer one-time cleaning and interior RV cleaning.
Meet Kylie
Hi, I'm Kylie Mayo, founder of Sweet & Simple Cleaning.
Before starting my own business, I worked in residential cleaning as a supervisor and quality inspector, supporting teams, checking their work, coordinating schedules and helping with estimates. That experience taught me how much the little details—and good communication—matter when someone trusts you with their home.
I'm based in Bradenton and also work as a licensed Florida real estate sales associate. I enjoy helping people, keeping things organized and following through. With Sweet & Simple, I'm bringing that experience into something of my own, with a friendly, personal approach and care for the people on both sides of every cleaning.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my dogs, Chester and Maci.
